One gap assessment
Map the business model, ownership, transaction flows, jurisdictions, banking/payment requirements and compliance gaps before paying multiple specialists to discover the same facts separately.
Legalize is built for foreign founders and higher-scrutiny businesses that need more than a filing. We coordinate banking readiness, payment-provider readiness, MSB/AML/KYC preparation, compliance documentation, tax and legal professional handoffs, and the U.S. launch path through one assessment-led workflow.

Entity formation and EIN/SS-4 support can be part of the pathway when needed. They are not the core product. Legalize is designed to identify the difficult dependencies that can block banking, payment processing, regulated-business readiness and a credible U.S. launch.
Map the business model, ownership, transaction flows, jurisdictions, banking/payment requirements and compliance gaps before paying multiple specialists to discover the same facts separately.
Organize banking, payments, MSB/AML/KYC, tax, legal and operational handoffs into a single sequence instead of forcing the founder to manage disconnected providers.
Published Legalize package pricing, clear exclusions and written scope make the C2C coordination fee visible before engagement. Third-party costs remain separately disclosed.
This compares service models, not named competitors. Every law firm, CPA, compliance consultancy, banking consultant and founder-services company has its own scope and pricing.
| What the founder needs | Legalize integrated model | Specialist law / compliance route | International-founder setup route | Founder-managed multi-provider route |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| One assessment across the whole U.S. launch | ✓ Core model | Usually scoped to the specialist's engagement | Varies by provider | Founder typically coordinates each provider separately |
| Foreign-founder pathway | ✓ Core audience | Available at some firms | Often a core capability | Requires selecting the right specialists |
| LLC / corporation + EIN / SS-4 when needed | ✓ Part of the pathway | May be separate or counsel-led | Commonly offered | Usually a separate formation provider |
| Banking-readiness documentation | ✓ Coordinated | Available depending on specialty | May include banking introductions/readiness | Often separate banking/provider workstream |
| Payment processor / merchant readiness | ✓ Coordinated | Available at payments-focused firms | Varies | Often a separate processor/consultant relationship |
| AML/KYC readiness | ✓ Coordinated | Strong capability at compliance specialists | Often limited unless specialist-led | Separate compliance specialist commonly required |
| MSB exposure / registration-readiness path | ✓ Readiness + professional handoff | Strong capability at specialist firms | Varies; often outside standard founder packages | Separate regulatory specialist may be required |
| High-risk / fintech / crypto / FX launch readiness | ✓ Core focus | Available at specialist firms | Not always a core focus | Founder must assemble specialist coverage |
| Tax / accounting coordination | ✓ Professional handoff coordinated | Often a separate CPA/tax relationship | Often available in setup/tax packages | Founder selects and manages CPA separately |
| Attorney / regulated-professional handoff | ✓ Coordinated where needed | Direct if engaging the law/compliance firm | Varies | Founder identifies and coordinates counsel |
| Pricing visibility before engagement | ✓ Published package pricing + written scope | Varies: hourly, retainer, fixed fee or custom proposal | Often package-based, with add-ons | Requires combining multiple provider quotes |
| Scheduled weekend founder support | ✓ Available | Varies by firm and matter | Varies by provider | Depends on each separate provider |
| Single party coordinating the overall readiness sequence | ✓ Central value proposition | Usually limited to the firm's retained scope | Varies by package | Founder remains the project manager |
Before engagement, you can see the Legalize package price and what it covers. For assessment-scoped work, the written scope defines the C2C coordination fee before work begins. If the scope materially changes, additional Legalize fees are re-agreed rather than appearing unexpectedly.
International founders do not always operate on a U.S. weekday schedule. Legalize can schedule weekend intake, readiness reviews and founder-coordination sessions. Attorney, CPA, bank, regulator and other third-party hours remain subject to their own availability.
Legalize is strongest when formation is only one small piece of the problem: foreign ownership, difficult banking, payment processing, high-risk business models, MSB exposure, AML/KYC readiness, tax/accounting coordination or professional handoffs. The goal is not to sell every service. The goal is to identify the gaps, build the sequence and coordinate only what the launch actually needs.
Legalize is operated by C2C Consulting LLC. Legalize is not a law firm, CPA firm, bank, licensing authority or regulator. Legal, tax, accounting, banking, licensing and other regulated-professional determinations remain with the appropriate independent professional or authority. Banking, payment-processor, licensing, registration and regulatory outcomes are not guaranteed.
