We help domestic and foreign founders navigate U.S. business setup, compliance coordination, and regulated-industry readiness. No. C2C Consulting LLC is not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, legal opinions, tax advice, accounting advice, banking advice, or investment advice. When your situation requires a licensed attorney or CPA, we will tell you and help you identify the appropriate independent professional. Attorney and CPA fees are always separate from our coordination fees.
No. Bank account decisions are made by banks based on their own policies and risk assessments. Payment-processor approvals are made by the providers. Regulatory approvals ? including FinCEN registration, state licensing, and government programs ? are made by the relevant agencies. We prepare documentation and coordinate readiness; we cannot guarantee any outcome from any third party.

Services & Eligibility
Yes. Several Legalize services are specifically designed for foreign founders: Foreign Founder U.S. Launch, Non-U.S. SS-4/EIN Support, Foreign Founder Banking Readiness, and the High-Risk Business Launch Coordination package. Additional documentation requirements may apply for non-U.S. residents; these will be identified during your scoped assessment.
An MSB (Money Services Business) is a category of business subject to FinCEN BSA registration requirements. Businesses that transmit money, exchange currency, issue or cash money orders, or operate certain payment functions may be classified as MSBs. Our MSB Eligibility Assessment reviews your business model against FinCEN's published MSB definitions and helps you understand your positioning. This is an assessment ? not a legal opinion. If your situation requires a legal determination, we will refer you to a qualified attorney.
Timeline depends on the service and your situation. Simple formation services may complete in 2?4 weeks. Complex regulatory or banking readiness engagements may take 6?12 weeks or more, depending on third-party response times (government agencies, banks, etc.) which are outside our control. Indicative timelines are included in your written scope agreement ? they are estimates, not guarantees.
We collect only the business information needed to scope and deliver coordination services. We do not collect passports, Social Security Numbers, bank credentials, private keys, or sensitive identity documents through this website. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
