How We Work

A deliberate, scoped coordination process

Every Legalize engagement starts with a scoped assessment, confirmed in writing, before any work begins. Coordination and consulting only.

U.S. business process coordination

The Legalize process

1

Intake & Scoped Assessment

You describe your situation: founder type, business model, state, and objectives. We review your inputs and identify the appropriate service family. This assessment is not legal advice ? it's a coordination scope review.

2

Written Scope Agreement

We present a written scope of work that lists: the C2C coordination services included, the third-party services that remain separate (attorneys, CPAs, government agencies, banks), applicable fees, and relevant disclaimers. You sign before any work begins.

3

AI-Assisted Workflow with Human Review

Our team uses AI tools to organize, draft, and structure coordination workflows. Every output that goes to a government agency, bank, or third party is reviewed by a human coordinator before submission. AI accelerates ? it does not replace ? human oversight.

4

Coordinated Execution

We coordinate with you, independent attorneys, CPAs, registered agents, government portals, and other service providers. We do not make decisions on behalf of agencies, banks, or licensing authorities ? those decisions remain with the relevant parties.

5

Delivery & Handoff

Completed documentation, checklists, and coordination artifacts are delivered to you. For regulatory or banking matters, we prepare the documentation ? agencies and banks make their own independent decisions.

6

Ongoing Support (Optional)

For retained clients, the Ongoing Compliance Desk or Fractional Compliance Operations continues month-to-month. You receive a regulatory calendar, monthly check-ins, filing coordination, and update briefings.

How we use AI

Legalize uses AI tools to organize intake information, draft coordination checklists, structure compliance frameworks, and accelerate workflow management. AI is not used to provide legal opinions, banking decisions, or regulatory determinations ? those require licensed professionals and government agencies respectively.

Every externally submitted document and client-facing deliverable is reviewed by a human coordinator before delivery. AI assists ? it does not replace ? professional judgment in our workflow.
